100 g passata

4 large flour tortillas
40 g cheddar cheese
40 g pizza mozzarella
100 g ham , thick sliced
2 tbsp jarred jalapeños
2 red peppers
200 g tinned sweetcorn , drained
1 tbsp whole milk

Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
Pour the passata into a bowl and stirin the garlic powder, onion powderand caster sugar. Spread 2 tbsp ofsauce over each tortilla, leavingabout a 2cm gap around the edges.Grate the cheeses and scatter themover the tomato sauce.
Roughly chop the ham and thejalapeños. De-seed the peppersand dice into ½cm cubes. Scatterthe ham, jalapeños, peppers andsweetcorn over the cheese, dividingthem between the 4 wraps.
Brush the edges of the wraps withthe milk, fold them over so thatthe edges meet and you have asemicircle. Use a fork, pressingdown hard to crimp together theedges and transfer to a bakingtray (it’s ok if there are a few partsthat don't quite stick). Bake in theoven for 10 minutes. Leave to sitfor another 10 minutes at roomtemperature then serve.
