GLAZED PORK CHOPS WITH GARLIC AND CARAMELISED ONION MASH

Pork, caramelised onions and garlic are a foodie match made in heaven, and we’ve teamed up with @heinz to create a dish that takes full advantage of that. We added their [Seriously] Good Garlic & Caramelised Onion Mayonnaise to creamy mash and rubbed it over pork chops to create this knockout meal for 2.

LEMON BERRY ICE CREAM SANDWICHES

Trust us, [Seriously] Good Lemon & Black Pepper Mayonnaise in cookies is the kitchen hack you’ve been waiting for! We teamed up with @heinz to create this super simple, Ultimate Battle-winning recipe which you can make in under half an hour.

SPELT CARROT & FENNEL CAKE WITH WHEAT BEER CARAMEL, CRISPBREAD AND BLACKBERRIES

Wheat has never had it so good in this knockout dessert recipe we’ve created with @BASF! Moist spelt carrot cake doused in wheat beer caramel with juicy berries, crème fraîche and seeded crispbread to finish makes for a mega pud.

OYSTER SAUCE GLAZED TURKEY DINNER WITH SESAME POTATOES AND VEG

Christmas roasts are great, and for this battle dish we teamed up with @LKK to make them even better. We used their sauces and oils in every element of this dish to transform this seasonal staple with Asian-inspired twists. Sticky turkey made savoury with super rich oyster sauce, potatoes roasted with nutty sesame oil and a classic gravy intensified with premium soy sauce make this a roast to remember!

VEGAN CHICK(PEA) ZINGER

This isn't just for the vegans! Experience all the satisfaction of a zinger burger from your favourite high-street fried chicken chain, with none of the meat! Learn to make your own seitan packed full of chickpeas and miso, then deep fat fry it to perfection in our super simple crispy vegan coating. Top things off with a homemade zinger sauce and a soft pillowy bun and you've got yourself the ultimate meat-free treat!

BBQ Bacon Okonomiyaki

This battle-winning Japanese dish gets its name from Okonomi, meaning “as you like it”, and we “like it” quick, easy and smothered in Heinz BBQ sauce! Cabbage, bean sprouts and aromatics are bound in a light, pancake-like batter and fried to perfection over bacon to make this street food staple. For this recipe we switched out the traditional okonomiyaki sauce for Heinz BBQ sauce and added miso-spiked Heinz [Seriously] Good Mayonnaise for a funky store cupboard twist. You have to give this a go!

CHEAT’S COCONUT MINCE PIE BUNS

Sure, mince pies are nice, but if you’re a little bored of this time-honoured seasonal traditional snack, we have the cure! We’ve developed a super simple steamed bun recipe with @LKK to keep those Christmas cravings at bay. Spike mincemeat with sharp rice vinegar, soy sauce and plum sauce and fill up sweet coconut buns for something a little different.. You NEED to give this mince pie bun a go!

SOY SALMON AND BRAISED CABBAGE TARTLETS

Christmas is a time for sharing, and these seasonal tartlets with sensational @LKK sauces make for the perfect party snack. Dainty pastry shells loaded with sesame-spiked red cabbage, soy-glazed salmon and sharp carrot pickled in rice vinegar - sweet, sour, savoury and salt come together in one handy mouthful! This is Christmas with an Asian-inspired twist.

TOMATO & WATERMELON RED CURRY PORK RIBS WITH A TOMATO KOMBUCHA PAK CHOI SALAD

For this dish, we teamed up with BASF to highlight Intense tomatoes and their many uses! Tomatoes are crammed into a fragrant marinade, a fresh cooking juice and a delicate curry sauce, taking humble pork ribs from old to new with the help of sweet watermelon, tangy kombucha and the flavours of East Asia.

DIY Yuzu Meringue Pie and a Whisky Holy Basil Mojito

Invite your mates round and trick them into finishing the dish for you with this sweet DIY canape. You make the cheat’s pastry cases, zingy yuzu curd and a super simple Swiss meringue, and they do the rest! Cut through the sweetness with a zingy cocktail - The Singleton whisky, holy basil and lemongrass are mashed with limes, sugar and mirin in this mojito with a difference! Meringues and mojitos are the duo we never knew we needed… until now.

Korean Fried Sweet and Sour Chicken With Sesame Sticky Rice

Looking for a fiery midweek treat that’s (mostly) straight from the store cupboard? We’ve got you covered, with the help of Heinz Tomato Ketchup! Buttermilk fried chicken thighs are coated in a sweet, sour and aromatic Ketchup-based sauce spiced with plenty of gochujang.

Olive Oil and Dark Chocolate Sundae

Olive oil is the star of the show in an incredible ice cream sundae that’s anything but conventional. A deliciously dark and indulgent chocolate ice cream, made extra smooth and creamy with olive oil, is paired with sweet, fluffy focaccia and honey-roasted feta. It’s all served up with a jam, but not as you know it - Kalamata olives bring this smoky sauce to life.

Mezze Platter - Olive Oil Bread, Dolma & Taramasalata

A simple yet inviting mezze platter to enjoy in the warm Aegean sunshine! The star of the show is Ledenia bread, ideal to dunk into the homemade taramasalata which is made with olive oil to emulsify the cod’s roe into a pale and creamy dip. Served alongside is carefully wrapped and cooked dolma (herby rice rolled into vines leaves and slowly cooked in an olive oil broth). We teamed up with Heinz to bring 3 of our favourite things together in one whacky, battle-perfect dish. Skewer your prawns, coat them in a corn dog batter and fry ‘em to perfection before loading them onto grilled lettuce and drizzling with sauces made using Heinz Tomato Ketchup and Heinz [Seriously] Good Mayonnaise. Hot dogs, corn dogs and the humble prawn cocktail collide in this quick ‘n’ easy foodie mashup.

Toffee Apple Pig In Blanket Balls

The very best bits of Christmas Day and the funfair collide in a nostalgia-heavy dish that makes the most of the humble onion. Herby sausage balls wrapped in smoked bacon are served alongside sticky caramelised onions and a zingy pickled carrot slaw for an unforgettable flavour experience. It’s all brought to life with a warming Toffee Apple Moonshine BBQ sauce.
